Mr. Brown wrote a chapter entitled, “A Client’s Guide to the Litigation Process", which is included in the book, Addressing A Client’s Litigation Issues, Leading Lawyers on Educating Clients, Managing Expectations and Developing A Case Strategy, Aspatore Books, 2008. 

Mr. Brown co-authored an article entitled, “The Dark Cloud of Seller Liability Under State Blue Sky Laws,” USLAW Journal, Spring/Summer 2012.
